Baartz & Co was founded by Kate Baartz, an experienced strategic communications and stakeholder engagement specialist with more than two decades of experience helping organisations navigate complex communication challenges.
Kate has worked alongside government agencies, local councils, mining and manufacturing companies, utilities, major infrastructure projects and community organisations, providing trusted advice during periods of change, growth and transformation.
She is recognised for her practical approach, her ability to simplify complex issues and her belief that genuine conversation remains one of the most powerful leadership tools available.
